Rasmussen has been great. From cleaning my jewelry, to repairs, and a purchase. Austin went above and beyond for me, in ways that I couldn't begin to thank him enough, nor had I expected. The whole team is so pleasant and welcoming. I'm so happy we have a local place where you can really get to know the people who make you feel like home.

I took my ring in for 2 stone replacements and ended up opting into having them re tip all the prongs with a finish and polish as well. Austin did a great job telling me about my options and ensured me they would take great care of my ring. They did a FANTASTIC job. My ring looks brand new and probably better than it did 7.5 years ago when I first got it.

Wow!! I received my wedding ring today and it looks like the day I got it 26 yrs ago. Annetta was so knowledgeable and professional. She even said they will put a rush so it was here for my 25th anniversary. I cried when i saw how pretty it was! This place is amazing, super friendly helpful and all around great. Nick Ashby the store manger is a lifesaver I needed a quick one week turn around on a ring resizing. He could promise two weeks but came through on that one week miracle timeline and go the ring done. Definitely will be returning for all my jewelry needs.

Rasmussen is consistently the best jeweler to work with for consulting and repairs. Austin helped me with a decision to replace a stone in a family ring with an opal. His dedication, enthusiasm and care are exceptional. The work on the ring exceeded my expectations! Great store and team. Plus they are always willing to clean and check rings.
